6.1. TRUE Collective Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. 6.2. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at info@truelinkswear.com.au.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

8.1. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to P.O Box 1091, Mornington, Victoria, 3931, Australia. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

The LUX Tour is our take on the modern, performance golf shoe - built to the rigorous performance standards of our TRUE® Tour staff. Building on the legacy of our LUX Pro, the Tour boasts subtle yet significant improvements to the style, quality, fit and function of the shoe.

Featuring our all new TRUE® Tour Signature Top Grain Napa Leather, the Tour includes our new, fan favorite, Achilles heel pad and TPU heel stabilizer for a more comfortable, stable fit. Comfortable enough for our Tour players to wear in competition right out of the box, our updates to the TRUE WANDERLUX® midsole compound and insert, alongside our tour tested tread give this shoe our best feel, grip and lateral stability to date.

New Zealand

Orders are shipped via Australia Post International for a flat rate of AUD $20 per order. Any additional duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.

30 Day Trial - Footwear

If you have put your new TRUEs to the test (worn condition) and determine they are not ideal within the first 30 days, simply reach out and we can arrange a return for refund or store credit.

A refurbishment fee of $25 will be withheld from your refund so that we can recondition the pair and minimise waste.

You can utilise the 30 day trial once per calendar year. Applies to domestic orders only. Does not apply to Second Chance products (see below for details).

Second Chance

All Second Chance models are FINAL SALE ONLY and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any trial period. Original warranties are not valid on Second Chance items.

Returns

Within Australia, new and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a 1-time exchange.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your original return.

New Zealand orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery but the customer is responsible for return shipping. Does not apply to Second Chance products as they are final sale.

Start your exchange or return here within 30 days of receiving your order.

Just have your order number and email address handy. Items must be in new/unworn condition to qualify for a free return. We'll provide the shipping label (excluding gloves).

We offer a free exchange for size or colour, or you can set up a free return for store credit or refund. Applies to Australian orders only.

Ensure the proper fit within 30 days
Please try on your items to ensure size and fit before removing any tags or wearing/washing. If something is not quite right, we are here with options to help within 30 days of receipt.

Free Exchange
Need a new size or colour? Rest easy, as new and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear (excluding gloves) can be exchanged for free, once within 30 days. Limited to 1 free exchange for size or colour per order.

Free Return for Store Credit
Want something different? New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be returned for full store credit (digital gift card) for free. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

Refunds
Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund back to the original payment method. A $15 restocking fee will be withheld from all refunds.

We will provide ONE free return shipping label per order. Shipping costs for subsequent returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.

The above applies to Australian domestic orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

For New Zealand orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at info@truelinkswear.com.au arrange an international return.

30 Day Trial

Shoes that have been put to the test (worn outside) can be returned within 30 days for a mulligan (refund, store credit or exchange).

If it's your first return, we'll cover the cost of shipping. Otherwise, you'll need to return the shoes on your own dime. A $25 trial fee will apply per pair of worn footwear to cover refurbishment or disposal of your return.

You can utilise the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year for direct purchases made through truelinkswear.com.au. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Excludes Second Chance footwear.

New Zealand Orders

You can expect the same service as our Australian customers but we do ask that New Zealand customers cover the return shipping cost, regardless of condition.

Defect Warranty Policy

Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.

If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, submit a warranty claim here or chat with us during office hours.

We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and a photo of the item handy.

Waterproof Warranty Policy

Some TRUEs are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from the purchase date).

If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner.

Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

Submit a warranty claim here. Please provide an explanation of the issue, a photo of the shoe/s and proof of the original purchase. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

Warranties may be void if purchased secondhand, outside of truelinkswear.com.au or one of our authorised retail partners.

Where is my refund?

Our returns team confirms and inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition before approving a refund, so we appreciate your patience in advance.

We'll processes your refund within 5-10 business days of your return being received and inspected at TRUE HQ. If returning for store credit, the credit will be issued and sent via email as soon as the return shipment arrives at our warehouse.

Where is my order?

We’ll keep you updated via email through delivery. You’ll receive confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation. From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners. If you create a store account as you checkout, you will be able to check your order status there as well.

Once your order has been placed, we are typically not able to change it as our team works fast.
