    3.1. TRUE Collective Pty Ltd collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you.

    4.1. TRUE Collective Pty Ltd may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs
    4.2. TRUE Collective Pty Ltd may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail.

We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.

    5.3. We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of TRUE Collective Pty Ltd, www.truelinkswear.com.au, its customers or third parties.
    5.4. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia.

    6.1. TRUE Collective Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
    6.2. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

    7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at info@truelinkswear.com.au.
    7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

    8. Complaints about privacy
    8.1. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to P.O Box 1091, Mornington, Victoria, 3931, Australia. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

    9.1. Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board.     Start your exchange or return here within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Just have your order number and email address handy. Items must be in new/unworn condition to qualify for a free return. We'll provide the shipping label (excluding gloves).

    We offer a free exchange for size or colour, or you can set up a free return for store credit or refund. Applies to Australian orders only.

    Extended Returns During Black Friday
    To allow for gifting purchases, any products purchased during our Black Friday Sale (Nov 13 - Dec 2) can be returned up until December 30. All other return related terms and conditions apply.

    Returns for Exchange or Store Credit
    New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain accessories (excluding gloves) can be exchanged for free, once per order, within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, eligible products can also be returned for store credit, in the form of a digital gift card. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

    Refunds
    Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund back to the original payment method. A $15 restocking fee, along with any initial shipping costs, will be withheld from all refunds.

    Return Shipping
    We will provide ONE free return shipping label per order. Shipping costs for subsequent returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.

    The above applies to Australian domestic orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

    For New Zealand orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at info@truelinkswear.com.au arrange an international return.

    Defect Warranty Policy

    Mistakes happen and we’ll work quickly to resolve them. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion.

    If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, submit a warranty claim here or chat with us during office hours.

    We’ll need to verify your product falls within our warranty parameters, so please have your original proof of purchase and a photo of the item handy.

    Waterproof Warranty Policy

    Some TRUEs are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from the purchase date).

    If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner.

    This waterproof warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, physical damage (including impact, abrasion, or misuse), improper care or maintenance, or use outside of intended conditions. Any deterioration caused by neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications is also excluded from coverage.

    Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

    The 2-year waterproof warranty period on any replacement pair commences on the initial purchase date.

    Submit a warranty claim here. Please provide an explanation of the issue, a photo of the shoe/s and proof of the original purchase. Without it, we cannot be certain your pair is eligible for warranty. Should your pair qualify, we may request you send them in to our warranty department for testing and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

    Warranties may be void if purchased secondhand, outside of truelinkswear.com.au or one of our authorised retail partners.

    Where is my refund?

    Our returns team confirms and inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition before approving a refund, so we appreciate your patience in advance.

    We'll processes your refund within 5-10 business days of your return being received and inspected at TRUE HQ. If returning for store credit, the credit will be issued and sent via email as soon as the return shipment arrives at our warehouse.

    If you purchased your TRUEs from one of our retail partners, please reach out to them directly to request a return or exchange as they processed your original order.

    Where is my order?

    We’ll keep you updated via email through delivery. You’ll receive confirmation when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move via a shipping confirmation. From there, you’ll have tracking you can trace through one of our preferred shipping partners. If you create a store account as you checkout, you will be able to check your order status there as well.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once your order has been placed, we are typically not able to change it as our team works fast. Please email our customer care team at the link below as soon as you need assistance and we will do our best to expedite a solution. Don’t worry though, we have you covered with our no hassle return or exchange program if a change could not be facilitated.

    New Zealand

    Orders are shipped via Australia Post International for a flat rate of AUD $20 per order. Any additional duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.
